By accessing this website or using our software, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

02The software

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use our tools for lawful purposes. Several projects are still in development, provided as-is and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We don’t guarantee uptime, continued availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

03Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use the tools and for the content you download, capture, inspect or process with them. In particular:

• Only download, extract or decrypt content you have the right to access. Tools like Purin, Mochi  and Tiramisu  don’t grant you any rights to the material you point them at.
• Respect copyright, licences, terms of the sites and software you interact with and applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• Don’t use our software to harm others, to break the law or to circumvent protections you aren’t permitted to bypass.

04Intellectual property

The soket.in name, branding, website content and the design of our applications belong to the studio. These terms don’t transfer any of those rights to you.

05Disclaimer of warranties

Everything is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

06Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, soket.in is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or for any loss of data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the website or our software.

07Changes

We may update these terms as our tools evolve. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
